In war the heroes always outnumber the soldiers ten to one.

Pak Cricket Club won the toss and decided to bat first.

Abdul Haseeb struck with the third ball of the innings, bowling skipper Mushtaq for a duck.

Wasim Abbas provided excellent support to Abdul Haseeb as the Pak Club batsmen laboured to find the runs.

The second spell of Tallat Saleem and Kashif Ali was also fantastic.

Bowling from The Stunners side was fantastic but Mr. Kashif also played a wonderful inning and was the only batsman who made a splendid 78 with some  superb sixes. Unfortunately he was run out and that was a huge wicket for The Stunners and saved at least 40-45 runs. PCC made 181 runs in 16 overs for the loss of 7 wickets.

Abdul Haseeb, Waseem, Kashif, Tallat & Talha bowled very well.

The Stunners innings

The Stunners required 182 runs to return home triumphant.

Syed Waqas and Saqlain Latif started the inning. Syed on the strike. One dot ball and a single was taken. In the first over only four runs were made. Syed was badly injured and was unable to play. Everyone was able to see the pain he was going through. Saqlain started a wonderful inning with beautiful sixes. Syed was sent to the pavilion for four runs only.

Sqlain played wonderfully with 5 sixes and 1 four. Tallat comes in, as first down. A big six on the fine leg to get off the mark.

Tallat began his innings with his usual flair. Off the second ball he faced, he struck another six. He continued playing outstanding shorts around the wicket. Saqlain also played a vital role and provided full support to Tallat. Tallat was the most attractive knock, his 98 runs coming from 27 balls with 14 sixes and 2 fours. The Stunners won the match in 10th over at the loss of one wicket only.

Note: Abdul Haseeb remained the one and only stunner who made 100.

At the end Saqlain was 47 and Tallat 98 [both not out]. A big round of applause for Saqlain.

Man of the Match award goes to none other than Tallat. Weldone Tallat.

In war the heroes always outnumber the soldiers ten to one.
